After removing the diamond plating, the chicken wire and roofing tar, the rusted panel was exposed showing what was hidden from view.
We start by drilling out the factory spot welds to remove the damaged panel in the same fashion it was installed. this is the same process with any panel to be replaced.
This view shows the body tub with new rear quarter panels, new inner rockers, new outer rockers, and both front floor sections spot welded in the same as factory.
The tub now has all the rust removed, new panels in place, and body work finished and is ready to be primed and painted.
For added noise reduction, durability, and rust protection we offer to have the entire undercarriage, and or interior “Super Lined” (Super Liner is a spray-in polyurethane bed liner that is super durable).

We completely disassemble the cruiser and have each individual piece sand blasted and stripped to bare metal so we can look for rust damage.
Every part is reassembled by hand, all bolt holes cleaned and tapped. Old seam sealer is removed and new applied. The cruiser is as tight as a drum, no rattle or squeaks, and will look like new for years to come.
